A daily exercise plan! Do these exercises throughout the day (and add in your own) to get into the habit of daily fitness.
Note that I said “throughout the day.” These aren’t meant to be completed all at once, though you could if you’re that fit. But feel free to do only 10 or 20 jumping jacks at a time. Just keep track of them and try to hit the goal before you go to bed.

Did you lose count?
It happens to all of us; when we do exercise, sometimes our minds often wander off onto other thoughts, and we forget where we are.
So let’s say you’re doing some crunches. Everything is going fine, you’re counting right, then all of a sudden, you remember that you have an important meeting tomorrow! You proceed to brush it off; you want to wait and worry about it after you exercise. But, you lost count! The last number that you counted was 30…but you remember only doing 10 so far.
My advice: go back to 10. It never hurts to do more exercise!
In fact, you burn more calories! So, if you lose count, remember, always go back to the smallest number you remember counting.
Also, sometimes, counting out loud is helpful, so that it would be harder to lose count.
